i have a couple trainwreck plants that i am re-vegging, in a few days i will be taking a couple cuttings from them and placing them in my bubble cloner, so i figured i would show how to build yourself a simple one of those.

@drewdel2000 I would still keep it on. If I had a timer that would come on for like one out of 5 min I would. Oxygen is never bad.
Where do the air stones go, in the basket with the plant? Or in the tub in the water?
so for cloners i dont need to add nutrients?
you are dumb as rocks. the point of a bubble cloner is to have the base out of the water to get misted. your plants were an in in. why are you even using the air stone. noooooooooob.
@mjk7555 the difference between stems in vs out of water is a couple of days. sounds to me like youre the one that is dumb as rocks here…
any light nute solution/hormone? or just water?

easy way to clone wish i would have knownthis when i started out i wrecked 2 plants trying to clone in rockwool when i first tried lol
Tip: use a colored tub or paint the out side dark to prevent algae, place your air pump up above your cloner so if it gets unplugged or you have a power outage, the air line will siphon water down into air pump and ruin it not to mention what a shocking experience it could be. I used a hole saw and drill to cut holes & I make my foam clone holders cut out of a cheap foam sleeping bag pad from wal-crap-mart in the camping dept. . I added a submersible aquarium heater set to about 72 F. Good luck

@jman785 So your suggesting when you take the clones to put the stems right above the water line then? If thats the case how would the plant get the water??? humidity ?? mist?? Or do you need to water it a few times till the roots submerge into the water? ? ? Im just curious because Im going to be needing to make a nice cloner her soon. . Obviously i want it to be as effective as possible… I appreciate it man.
